Dear all,
I need to change the phone number to send the SMS for multifactor authentication. Do you know how I can do it?
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Patricia

You can try updating your mobile number in you profile, if that doesnt work, send an email to appian support / raise a case. They would reset your MFA.
Support Email: support@appian.com

+1 - This is more than a little frustrating. After initially setting up our MFA configuration there is no (apparent) way to access the configuration page again.
I set up Text and Google Authenticate initially, thinking Authenticate would be a back-up, but then without asking me that became the primary method. I'd rather either change that or remove it, but... nope. No way to access it apparently unless I want to bug them with a case.
Also tangentially, when it says "Do not challenge me on this device for the next 15 minutes", I feel weirdly, almost insulted in a sense - that "remember me" window is so small as to be almost completely useless. Why even have it?Look y'all, I'm using a secured laptop in my house where nobody else has any plausible access - I should be able to stay logged into Appian OAuth for several days at least without being pestered
Mike, I completely agree. 15 Minutes is pretty pointless.
I opened a case and then they reset my MFA configuration... so Its the only way to change it.
Thanks to all!
totally with you guys. I got a new phone with new number. No google authenticator set up yet, numbers not changale. frustrating....
If you go to your settings, and then look under the sign-in section, you can click 'Reset Password'.
It will then take you to a completely different page where you can change your MFA settings.
Or you can just go straight to the page with this link: login.appian.com/.../settings
Fantastic - i'd never noticed where the "reset password" link would direct a user. Now if only they'd have just made this a bit more plainly visible
BTW, i'm still really rather dissatisfied with the frequency with which we're required to re-verify under 2FA... every single work day still seems overkill.
