I have a single user that is trying to access Appian and is pulling up a blank page. I have cleared her cache, and validated that Javascript is enabled. Is there something else that I can do? I have singled this to her PC only because it she was able to use Appian on another PC. WE are currently using Appian 7.2 with SSO turned on.
Thanks!...

Ok so in that file, it appears that people having issues aren't even getting in. Today I went there a few times, but my username does not come up as succeeded or failed. I get a bunch of people that are getting in though.

This sounds more like something in your settings on the desktop that is causing this issue and it is not on the Appian server side.
Have you tried all of the steps above? Other than resetting IE to its factory settings, I'm at a loss. The person for me had several issues beyond JavaScript with her desktop, so it was hard to tell what really fixed it. Have you tried to login into your Appian system on a working PC?

Hmm well unfortunately I can't. We are in a Citrix environment so my PC basically follows wherever I log in.
Perhaps one thing. In our 6.7.1 install, after we deployed the xml files in Appian, there was a change to the maxHttpHeaderSize in the server.xml in JBoss (in the jboss-5.1.0.GA\\server\\all\\deploy\\jbossweb.sar) Could that be it? If so do you know where that may lie in EAP 6.1.0?

From a working Citrix session or user, Shift+right click on IE or any net browser and select run as different user. Enter your ad/network credentials and password. That will force the browser to run as you.

Not sure what else to say other than check settings and ask if your Citrix profiles are setup the same. I have not seen a blank page before with Citrix, but our error page we implemented because Citrix was not authenticating users correctly when they were accessing Appian. It was not using the users credentials to sign in with.

Ok a few interesting things. On my instance, I cannot get in, get blank page in T&I as well. On the server (localhost) I get in on T&I (so get a login page since we are not configured for single signin.) so fails and kicks me back to the login page. Now my server is IE11 and I think the enhanced security is turned off.
Tried increasing the header several times but no avail, but wonder, am I using the right JBoss. I configured to use EAP 6.1.1, and when I browse to localhost it says EAP 6. But when I tried to go to suite/apps too early I get the following.
JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 404 - /suite/apps
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JBWEB000309: type JBWEB000067: Status report
JBWEB000068: message /suite/apps
JBWEB000069: description JBWEB000124: The requested resource is not available.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JBoss Web/7.2.0.Final-redhat-1
That line just above says 7.2.0, but how would it know it was Appian 7.2 or is it JBoss (which should be 7.1.1)
