We are experiencing an intermittent problem with Send Email node in a process. On the front end, the error is 'Failed to send email'. On the stdout log, it is stated that the error is caused by: 'jakarta.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 Incorrect authentication data - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#535'. According to the given Mimecast web-page, error 535 is due to 'Incorrect authentication data'.
The sender and receiver in this instance was the same as multiple other instances in the same day, which worked as expected, with email going out and being received successfully.
