Hi there !
We are having a problem with one of our process models.
When we open it, it just comes blank.
To solve the problem, we tried opening it on many computers, restarting the server, etc.
It would be nice to know what to do to make the components appear again.
Thanks !...

Have you tried other process models? I am assuming that you are opening the process model in IE. Sometimes we experience a lag between a process model being opened and the model displaying but it always shows. Another thing to try is opening a previous version of the process model. In order to help more information is needed.

Hi Helmuta,
Yes, we tried opening other process models and they showed the content normally.
Yes, we are using IE 11. And no, it's not a lag, we waited several minutes (more than 10) and it didn't show.
We loaded the last version and it showed again, but after saving it started to come in blank as before.
Hope my answers help you to understand what could be happening.
Thanks.

I have not seen that behavior. Are you running a local version or are you using Appian in the cloud? Almost sounds like there is something in the process model that is causing it to become corrupted. Try opening a Support Desk case with Appian. They might be able to help. What version of Appian are you running? BTW these are just random ideas that I am throwing out in the hopes that something will help you. Sorry but I can't think of anything else.

Hi Helmuta,
We're using a local version. It's strange because the process model was working very well, this happened suddenly, with no big changes in the model.
We're using version 7.4.
Ok, I understand you, thanks a lot for your help !
