Is it possible to add Execution Engines and Analytics Engines in AppianCloud manually as per documentation

Hi Community,

I just thinking to add some Execution Engines and Analytics Engines & i found this documentation url: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/Adding_Execution_and_Analytics_Engines.html

I'm currently planning to use Appian Cloud and i can't able to find path which is mentioned in documentation <APPIAN_HOME>/conf/appian-topology.xml.example. How to navigate to this path ( <APPIAN_HOME>/conf/appian-topology.xml.example) ?

Can you someone please help me for add some Execution Engines and Analytics Engines, if application have 1M+ active users accessing same process at the time in cloud, how to calculate total number of Execution Engines and Analytics Engines required?
