When a new task email is generated for a group, it is sending 2 different emails for the users in different time zones. For example people in PST are not copied in the email sent out for EST and vice-versa.
Is this an expected behavior?

Can you try unchecking the "Override with initiator's timezone" option in the general property tab of the process model which hosts the send email process. By doing this we are making it as a static timezone so that the process can be used across multiple timezones.
By default, the check box is deselected.
Can you specify how many users are in the groups?? Because the new task email seems to be sent in some certain batches like for 30 people something like that. We noticed similar behaviour in our application. All people wont be copied in the first batch, others will be in second batch and so on.
Group has only 4 users. Three are from EST & one from PST.
Not sure why its behaving like that even for less users. Timezone might be a hidden reason (need to check on that). Are you facing any other issues because of this?? If no, then you need not worry about this.
This is not causing any other issues, but the EST users are under the impression that the PST user is not getting the tasks. Need to find the root cause and report.
You can explain them that it is working properly. Its something not in our control, so you dont have to worry on it.
