I am trying to create a link to a process dashboard. This had been working, but now I get an error. The link I am trying to use is formatted as : http://[servername]/suite/apps/[appname]/[pagename]/proc/[procid]. Does anyone see any issues with this, or know where I can look to begin troubleshooting? The error message I get is: The system has encountered a problem

Check if anything had changed, such as your schema, your page name or app name.
Check if you have any invalid rules or query rules in your dashboard. Check the code that you might have added recently.
Did you recently add any process start form or quick task to the dashboard? If so, check if there are any un-initialised variables beign used. Check if you have a boolean field displayed with uninitialised variables.

Are you certain you are using the correct servername for that particular environment. It is common for users to forget to update the constant with the servername when migrating to a different environment.

I have checked the server/page/app name and it all looks to be correct. Nothing was changed since this had been working. Sathya - I have reports that link to this page and it displays fine from there. Could it still be an issue with invalid rules/process start nodes, etc.? Thanks for your help!!

If your dashboard is rendering properly through a link in a report, then the chances of anything being wrong with the dashboard itself is quite low. The next thing to look for is to ensure if the link to any other process instance is working. For e.g. take a dashboard that works and see if you can navigate to the same dashboard using the link. Its worth clearing your browser cache at this point.
