@shanmugapriyab The only solution is to deactivate the user in your case as per my knowledge. And prior to deactivating the user, you need to take care of the tasks or processes (that were run under the context of user) associated with the corresponding user object.

Please do not alter the Appian database / Primary database. Deleting the usr from the table will not remove them from the system entirely, but it may cause instability and unexpected behavior with your environment. As others have said, users may not be deleted. If a user account is no longer needed or permitted, please deactivate that user.
