Health check error in log

I have executed 'Collect Health Check' smart service on our dev environment , but it has returned me a false in ErrorOccured process variable. I have gone through the logs and I got below error.

But I have verified rule with name lms_getallstatus has already deleted on the environment. still it is giving error for that rule.

It seems that rule was calling a data entity. Does that data entity / store still exist?

No data entity and rule as well does not exist no environment.

he Health Check can still be requested even though there are collection errors. The Health Check makes the best use of available data, any place it was unable to complete analysis due to missing data will display as an "Unknown" risk in the report. So you can still continue with this error..

Also check the plugin version.The error you mention often occurs when a new version of the plug-in is hot deployed.

@Sushil Smart service node of health check has complted with result as false. there was no news post on temo as well, and we did not get any data collection from smart service as well.
There was rule on environment which was refering to deleted data store entity, how ever i deleted the rule as well but still its giving the error for same rule. I reckon i need restart the server and need to try again.
