This is admittedly a little cumbersome, but the main way I've found of doing something similar to this is to create a "report" object for each interface (i assume by "pages" you mean separate interfaces), and then from a different interface you can link to other interfaces via reportLink inside a link component or rich text item. If this isn't what you were thinking of exactly, then you might need to supply a bit more detailed info on what you have already and what you want.
If your page is around data, I recommend utilizing a record type which will give you a link for each record of data and a link for each tab.
You can also create a Site which will provide different tabs each with their own link

These tab are under main tab which is created by site. Like on site there is three Tab A B and C and under C I have created a Page where i am using tabs D E and F which in the form of buttons. Now each button have different section on same page and all section have submit button.when i am submitting a form under F tab for process model it is redirecting to Tab D.but It should be F.
Look into this application for dynamic linking of pages https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/dynamic-site-management
this is not the tab.it looks like tab it navigate to different url for each tab
