Sometime the send Email smart service is taking huge time for sending an email.
Please provide some suggestions for troubleshooting.

Can you clarify what you mean by "huge time"?
Is the node completion time high and what does high mean?
Or does it take a while for the email to show up in your inbox?
Email smart service node took 15 sec to complete

Are you using any expression evaluations inside E-mail smart service?If possible please provide screenshot.
Yes. We are having many send email nodes in our application flow. In some flows, it took 3sec. Here it took 15sec which is strange. During our live testing, we have seen the send email node is active for longer time. As a result, end user is waiting for the email bit longer than usual.
What user is waiting for that email? I mean, does that user actually expect an email and waits impatiently for it?
Keep in mind that node completion time is not code evaluation time!
I'm just trying to understand why there is some wide range of time variations on the node.
In the above image, it took only 2.4 sec. This belongs to the same process model and no version or latest changes done.
I have attached 2 screenshot in the thread. Both refers the same Process Model which indicates different timings for node execution.
There is no such expression evaluation inside it
