Enable debug log for the plugin if it's not already there. It may help debug the issue. Add add this line in <APPIAN_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/resources/appian_log4j.properties
log4j.logger.com.botw.cmpo.plugins.sftp=DEBUG
It can be added anywhere but for better organizing add it under Plugin loggers. No restart needed it may take 120 seconds or more depending on the configuration before it gets pickup.
