We implemented the Alert Utility plugin to enable email notification settings for users on a regular basis. The utility is not working only in Production environment. It works fine in non-prod environments. Any thoughts?
Can you describe what issue you are having in production? Is it showing an error when you use it, or does it not do anything? Which smart service are you using and how did you configure it?
The smart service ran successfully. No errors in Tomcat logs. The changes are not being reflected in the user profile settings.
Smart service is "Edit Alert Settings for User 1.3" - on premise environment. Attached are the plugin details.

Time Interval: Immediate
User: one or multiple.
