Not able to find Appian Object Information Retriever plugin in App Market.

FYI, Appian Object Information Retriever was the old plug-in that contained such functions as "Get Content Details by UUID", "Get Process Model Details by UUID", and a few others.  It has now been deprecated and replaced with the Content Tools plug-in, as linked here.

actually we are using getcontentdetailsbyid function from this plugin to verify whether a content id exists in appian or not .. We have this plugin both in our dev and test environment i.e Appian 19.2 , in dev this function is working fine but in test it throwing an error i.e  Expression evaluation error at function 'getcontentobjectdetailsbyid': String index out of range: -1. Can you please suggest what will be the suitable cause of this ?
