Hello,
It is not the first time I do that but today I cannot download a plugin. I always receive an authentication error: "Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again". I'm well connected with the new connection way with 2 factors identification. Have you the same issue ?

Hi jeanalainb0001,
I'm using the new authentication method & I was able to download the plug-in without any issue.
I have the same Issue:

I just tried myself and get a similar error in Firefox formatted as follows:
When I have time I might try playing around with in-browser functionality like clearing cache / cookies / re-logging-in, and see if that seems to have any effect.
I did already with edge and chrome browser including different networks, incognito mode, cache clearing and so on.
Nothing. I contacted appian support. They suggested clearing cookies etc. They took my test results and fowarded it to their team.
Thanks, good to verify it's not isolated to one user / one browser / etc. I feel like there are still some issues they need to work out with the new MFA login system (like, how do i get back to my MFA settings / configure additional methods / change which method gets used by default / etc?)
I have the same opinion here. The moment i got some updates from support, I will share it here. I will update them, that a second user can confirm it for firefox.
Deleting cookies solve the issue
They fixed it yesterday :)
Not that it might not help in some peoples' cases, but I didn't have to touch cookies or any other sort of internal browser stuff for it to work again for me yesterday. Just did a hard refresh (CTRL-F5 in firefox).
