Hello, we're attempting to use the "Word Doc from Template" Smart Service on a Merged word document, but the smart service only replaces the placeholder from the first document that was merged.
For example if we have 3 docs with placeholders, merge them, then run the Word Doc from Template Smart Service, the output document will only have replaced the placeholders that were contained within the content or the first document. We've checked all of the formatting of the placeholders in the XML and everything looks correct. The issues aren't caused by what's outlined in this KB document.
Any idea what might be causing this?
