Hi, I am using a smart service (convert Doc to PDF activity) to convert the email content data (stored the Content output into a Document) to PDF. It was working properly and generating the PDF. After few weeks when I tested it, I am seeing null value for the document which I am not able to comprehend. What should I do to get the value in the Document which was working perfectly normal?...

Which smart service you are using, if you are using Any doc to PDF then check for open office port whether it is running or not otherwise as Eduardo said check for logs...
