SFTP Error Algorithm negotiation fail

We upgraded the SFTP Functions plugin to 4.1.0, now we are getting below error while recieving or sending files using SFTP:

"Algorithm negotiation fail: algorithmName=""server_host_key"" jschProposal=""ssh-ed25519,ecdsa-sha2-nistp256,ecdsa-sha2-nistp384,ecdsa-sha2-nistp521,rsa-sha2-512,rsa-sha2-256"" serverProposal=""ssh-rsa"""

The same smart service (SFTP) worked fine with the Plugin version 3.0.3.

Any idea on how to fix the issue?

    ssh-rsa is obsolete and it seems like it was disabled in the plugin or a supporting library. You will have to update the server to a modern, and more secure, protocol.
