Is this a plugin available under Shared Components? If so which one?

The plugin is not currently under Shared Components. It seems one of our ex-employees received it from Christopher Smith, but didn't receive any documentation or support for it.

I have gotten closer with this plugin. There is a node that will create a JIRA issue with fields passed from Appian. The error I am getting is Incorrect fields, but I can't tell which fields are incorrect or required. Any ideas?

Can you post the error you are seeing, including the complete stack trace if there is one.

Tom, Here is the response I get back within the process:
[data=[project=JTRAC, issuetype=Bug, summary=This is a test, reporter=Leslie Craft, priority=1, description=Test of the Description, labels=, components=JTRAC Platform, issuelinks=, assignee=, customFields=, parent=, issueKey=1, id=1], errorOccured=True, errorDetails=[errorCode=400, errorMessage=Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: https://jira.stg.myjonline.com/rest/api/2/issue/]]
And the stack trace from the error logs is attached.

For support on this issue I would suggest first reaching out to the provider of the plugin. Based on the error, I it seems the data being sent is incomplete or incorrect. If you want to keep troubleshooting this issue yourselves, then I suggest the following:
1. By referring to the JIRA docs, ensure that
jira.stg.myjonline.com/.../
is the correct location to access the JIRA API
2. By referring to the JIRA docs and the source code of the plugin (which should be included in the plugin jar), you should be able to determine if the required fields are included
3. If you want to test the JIRA API outside of Appian, you could use an external tool like SoapUI

Hi lesliec,
There are no plug-ins available in Appian for JIRA integration. Where as we can easily consume JIRA REST API's. the documentation is here .
docs.atlassian.com/.../
I have tried calling JIRA API's in Appian for our project purpose for fetching the JIRA issue details.
Below is the code snippet you may refer.
a!httpQuery(
url: "https://<JIRA Instance>/rest/agile/1.0/issue/<JIRA ISSUE>",
method: "GET",
headers:a!httpHeader(
name:"Authorization",
value:a!scsField(
externalSystemKey:"xxx",
fieldKey:"xxx")
)
)
This is a GET operation where as for Creating issue you may need to use POST opearation and the REST API URL could be : https://<JIRA Instance>/rest/agile/1.0/issue/<JIRA ISSUE>
