Hi All,
We have a requirement to start appian process automatically when a outlook mailbox recieves emails with body and attachemnt.
Then we have to consume the body and attachment in Appian process to process it further.
We tried to look into : https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/23.1/Sending_an_Email_Message_to_a_Process.html#starting-a-process-using-an-email
But it seems it requires extensive configuration at server level to enable polling icluding setup of routing server like Apache James.
Wanted to enquire if there is any solution available which doesn't require server level configuration.

The only thing you would have to configure, is to make the Exchange server send that email to Appian.
Then there is the Email Poller plugin that can actively fetch email from a mailbox. community.appian.com/.../poll-email-from-microsoft-exchange-ews-api

I've done this in the past by setting up a mailbox in M365 and polling it using the MS Graph API Mail Poller: community.appian.com/.../msgraph-email-poller
