I want to know what the relevant links or the paths and the topics which are priority for the preparation of RPA +IDP Badge. Also want to know the percentage that need to be achieved in order to get the Badge.

I would like to emphasize the previous point on ensuring you are familiar with the Appian RPA documentation, knowledge base, and playbooks in addition to the training. From the preparation resources section of the certification page:
"Training resources along with the list of exam objectives may be used to identify appropriate training options for any possible knowledge gaps but are not required. Please note that completing the recommended training courses does not guarantee a passing score on an exam.
You should also be familiar with Appian’s Documentation, which contains all of the technical knowledge required for the exam. Additionally, review the Appian Knowledge Base for support articles about frequently-asked-topics."
