How could we get the months between the start date and end date

as per your example the months should be from December-16 till November-17 ..

Can you please clarify your requirement. and give another example

For clarification, should the end result be the # of months between start and end date?

OR

Should the end result be in the format of your example (Dec-16, Jan-17, Feb-17) based on each month between start and end date?

Raggie - End result should be in the format of( Dec-16, Jan-17, Feb-17)

But shouldn't there be more months between the two dates you listed? Assuming dates are formatted D/M/Y then your example would output something like "Dec. 16", "Jan. 17", ... , "Nov. 17".

It is working fine if the year is different.
But if year is same( example: start date: 04/04/2017, end Date: 10/04/2017) displaying from Apr-17 to Dec-17.

If the difference between ( local!toYear, local!fromYear )>1 only the boundary year months are displaying.

For example start date Sep - 2015 and To date Feb -2017 , Displaying {Sep-15, Oct -15, Nov-15, Dec-15, Jan-17, Feb-17}
