We've noticed some strange behaviour with the user function and basic users trying to access it. We have an expression: if(isnull(pv!CaseManager)," ",user(pv!CaseManager,"firstName")& " "&user(pv!CaseManager,"lastName")) which works absolutely fine if there is an administrator logged in. However, when logging in with a basic user account we are seeing the username instead.

Is there some sort of permissions issue here? And if so, why aren't we seeing the username twice?
