Hi,
We have a rule configured to save and open the HTML Doc using 'linktoducumentinternal' where in the Doc some apostrophe's are being replaced with different characters.
Note: only some apostrophe are being replaced not all, is it because the way user is passing the text? / any limitations within the function itself?
Thanks in advance,
Nimisha.

Hi Nimishan, as far as I know there is no limitation on the linktodocumentinternal function for displaying apostrope. Can you please check the way you are passing the text, the starting and closing apostropes.

hi nimishan, there is no limitation mentioned, you can try using linktofolderinternal() as linktodocumentinternal is deprecated for future releases

Thanks for your patience.
But not sure why I see this I’m instead of I'm, any idea why this behavior would be?

Hi Ganesh,
Awesome, It worked!!
So I did manually select the encoding when the document was open So, how do I set it so that It works correctly without manually setting it.

If you're in control of the document that is being generated, you could specify the <meta> tag:
www.w3schools.com/.../att_meta_charset.asp
