Hi,

We have a rule configured to save and open the HTML Doc using 'linktoducumentinternal' where in the Doc some apostrophe's are being replaced with different characters.

Note: only some apostrophe are being replaced not all, is it because the way user is passing the text? / any limitations within the function itself?

But not sure why I see this Iâ€™m instead of I'm, any idea why this behavior would be?
