Hi,
I have a use case where I need to retrieve all the rules in a selected folder and then show them in a dropdown on a form.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Check the method getAllChildren() in ContentService Interface. You can get children of a folder and filter them according to ContentType. There is a class called as ContentFilter. You can use ContentFilter.RULES as filter value while calling getAllChildren()
