We have one user who, all of a suddenly, cannot submit a Travel Claim.
He is set up correctly. He has done the process before.
We've asked him to clear his cache - done
Now he starts the process and all he gets is the hanging screen 'working' all the time.
What else can we do?

Have him start IE without extenssions: On Windows go to Start - Run and execute:
iexplore -extoff
If using IE on this mode works, this is caused by a toolbar or add-on he installed.

I see this suggestion didn't work.
Is this the only user experiencing this issue?
Is it reproducible from any browser?
You can have him install Fiddler and see what's happening with the request

It seems this is a start form and my understanding is that the process is actually started, is this correct? If that is the case it would be worthy to see if the client is getting the response or if it never does and that's why the window never closes.

For this purpose running a test with Fiddler in place will be really helpful

Also try uninstalling any toolbar such as Google Toolbar or Divx Plug-in
