Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. As a part of the upgrade, Appian Community is currently in read-only mode, and user registration is disabled until August 3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.

Hi Apryse support team,
We have recently upgraded the plug-in to version 5.7.0, things are working fine on Appian DEV. But after deploying the plugin to UAT, one of our interfaces that using webViewer() function is returning error: The function 'webviewer' is unavailable, I can confirm the same code in DEV is working.
Is there a reason and possible solution for this?

Hello Linh,
Without more details, it is hard to say. I would recommend clearing your cache on the UAT environment just in case and report any errors from the console and network panel to support@apryse.com. If you can also provide the tomcat-stdOut logs, that would also help.
