I have a question about the system logs.Is there a log that shows the process model started by the user and the processing time of each node in that process model?

No log provides both user-started processes and individual node times. You have to do manual work.To see user-started processes: Use the process monitoring tool and filter by process model. This will show you instances that were started by a user.
To see node timings: Open the process instance and navigate to the "Process Nodes" section. This will display the timings for each node.
