How to Retrieve the Data submitted from a form

I'm not exactly sure what your use case is, but in general if you want data submitted into a process to become permanent somehow, you will need to write it to a database table within that same process, and then (depending on the method you want to use to retrieve it or what you need it for), later use a query entity expression to pull it back out of the database.

For simpler use cases you could also set up a Process-Backed Record, and display process data directly this way, but this is a lot harder to maintain than database-backed records, so I'd recommend it only be used when specifically needed or for demonstration purposes.

Did you save the values in the form into rule inputs? if you had saved, pass that into the process variables and if you check the process instance, you should be able to see the submitted values in the variables section.

If you would like to insert into the DB, you need to use "Write to data store entity" smart service.

Once form is submitted you need to Write it to Database through "Write to Data store entity " . Create Entity backed record for this entity to see details submitted by user through Records tab.

You should have created a CDT and it's related DB table right? Please go to that table and verify the entered data got stored or not.

Once insert the data into your database using Write to Data Store Entity Smart Service into your process model and rule inputs data save into process variable at debugging time(Ctrl+D) you can check process properties through properties icon up to 18.1 version, for latest version 18.2 you may check in process Details.

If you have created a Entity Backed Record for your CDT, Then you can view the submitted details of your form in tempo[Records tab].

There are many ways available to check the submitted data/values.
1) If you have stored the values that you are entering in the form to process variables then after execution you can see the stored values in properties tab in process model.
2)If you want the values to be stored in database then you will use "Write to Data Store Entity" smart service and you can see that values in table at your database.
3) You can create entity backed record and check the submitted values
4) You can even use query rules or a!queryEntity() function for retrieving of the submitted data
