The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.

How I can transfer my A-Score from Previous Organization to current organization.
I have already raised a support case from https://forum.appian.com/suite/sites/myappian/page/support with my current organization's Credential but not getting any updates on it.

According to this you've already done the necessary steps. I did the same thing a little over a year ago and it didn't take too long. If you still haven't heard anything after awhile maybe try emailing community@appian.com for additional feedback.
