hi Jansij, some basic information:summary view of a record is a UI section
creating a pdf is a completly different story.-> so you can use a PDF template and fill the data you show there in the filehttps://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.4/PDF_Doc_From_Template_Smart_Service.htmlalternativelyhttps://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/convert-docx-to-pdf-aspose(perhaps useful)https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/pdf-tools
Hello jansij0001,
What Richard has said will do the work.
If you are having different number of rows for each Record summary, you will need a dynamic document generator Plugin. which will generate number of rows according to your summary.
You might need a XML data model to do so.
You might also need the Create Document from Template smart service. Call the XML.
You can follow these links and check if they are of any help.

Thank you everyone for all your response. I will go through the links and notes which you shared and design accordingly.
How to create PDF files:Open Acrobat and choose “Tools” > “Create PDF”.Select the file type you want to create a PDF from a single file, multiple files, scan, or another option.Click “Create” or “Next” depending on the file type.Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save it to your desired location.

Will
this is my favorite post of the last 6 months at least, dianah. Please read the question before replying. (and consider that we are in an appian support forum)

Look at this user's post history - it's... problematic, to say the least. I hesitate to make accusations, but to me it seems to be every trademark of a spambot *except* i don't see any actual spam (yet?). Otherwise - 100% of answers are seemingly scraped from google with no "appian" context applied (or even hinted at), and many of the threads targeted have been between "old" and "stone-age".
we are on the same page.
