Is the plugin compatible with the use of a http proxy? I have configured the proxy in the admin console but still getting connection timeouts.

1. Updated JSON jar file which caused exception.
2. Fixed an issue where the generated file names were not matching the subject.
3. Fixed an issue where file extensions are mismatched.

• Changed the format of the name with which the EML file and the attached documents are created in Appian.

The Zip contains the .Jar file which you need to deploy in Appian(On-Prem). For Cloud, you can go to Plugins under the Admin console and install directly from there. The documentation directs you to details on the inputs and outputs of the smart service.

One more question, in the zip I see a configuration in the azure part but in appian, what is necessary configure? Do you have a installation manual and configuration for this plugin? In the zip, I only see the Outlook Email Poller document.

This plugin uses OAuth 2.0 Client Credential as authentication for Exchange Online.

With this plugin, Can We connect to mailbox for read mails in Exchange Online using OAuth 2.0, or only is possible use Basic Authentication?
