I have a requirement to create PDF after each approver's approval with request data and approver's decision/ comment.
Request Data containing simple text fields data and grids too means tables which will be dynamic in size based on different requests.
Can anyone please help me on this , how can I achieve this ask.

Hi, you can create a template/ full text rule and then you can use the plugin PDF Tools

After every approval you fill the pdf/ create pdf content and you will have a document.

Thanks for your help. But I have one specific situation I have editable grid that means at runtime I will know how many rows should be added in table for that and this is where I am facing issue. Can you provide any suggestion on this how to resolve.
And one more ask I have can it be possible to generate PDF same as an interface like we do print of browser screen, something like that.
Hi, a PDF it's usually with a fixed format, so you could work only on a fixed template.What you could do instead is to create a DOCX template with a table in it and then convert the docx to PDF, could it work?

Still same issue will be there that number of rows in a table, I have to fix it but data may have 1/2/3... rows and this system will come to know once user created the request.
Is there any way to use JavaScript code which will create PDF ?
