Hi Richard,

Is there ay other alternative other than using Aspose?
If i am honest, i don't know "Aspose"?Did you use this one?https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/convert-docx-to-pdf-asposeSo if you want to generate documents out of appian there several methods.just a quick collection of PDF tools

The OOTB DOCX to PDF conversion is pretty limited in capabilities. You will either have to use the Aspose based plugin and buy a license, or use the below HTML to PDF plugin.
