Recently updated to 7.5 and we have noticed an intermittent issue with the stand

Recently updated to 7.5 and we have noticed an intermittent issue with the standard quick task portlet. I have checked security assignments and all appears fine. the quick task can be accessed from the process details but not in the dashboard. The problem does not appear to be consistent and if I use an expression based method to display in a "web with process details" portlet it shows up without issue....

How does the quick tasks look like in the portlet? grayed out?
When you edit the problematic channel in the problematic instance, is the context configured correctly?

Hi Eduardo, Yes the task is greyed out. Context is set to dashboard. There is one other quick task running which is actionable/click-able. I have attached the channel display under admin login and the process details list of quick tasks.

1. Does that happen also if viewed by a system administrator?
2. How to they look when you open them in monitor mode?

Hi Eduardo, James is on holiday now for a week and a half, so I'll be able to help troubleshoot the problem.
Even when signed in as Administrator we still get the problem and when we look at the process in monitor mode they look normal. When I used the function "linktoquicktask" in a dashboard portal it successfully showed the link and you could click through. However this function does not allow for "open in same page" etc, so really we'd like to get the standard dashboard quicktask toolbar working.

Can you attach a screenshot of the "Edit" view of the channel so I can ave a look at the configuration?

The dashboard looks fine. Can you try clicking on "Monitor" process and see do a right click in Display Helios Tag -> X instances and provide a screenshot? Try to verify the status of all the grayed out quick tasks to see if we can find something in common, they're normally grayed out only when not active.
Can you try enabling the "Show Quick Tasks for Sub-process" and see if you get duplicates listed and if the duplicates do display as active instead of grayed out?

All other quick tasks in both this portal and the others on that dashboard appear to be working normally, as there are no others active that shouldn't be and likewise, none are not active that I would expect to be.
Display Helios Tag has not been activated yet in the workflow, therefore I cannot compare it with Process Comment QT (see screenshot). When I allowed the sub-process QTs there was no duplicates for Process Comments, although there were others.
I just had a thought that might be worth mentioning: There's a newer version of this model with the same quick task form, but a newer version of it as it has extra form components (see screenshot Capture 4). Should the quicktask toolbar link still work with both versions of the model?

Also I've noticed we have two quick task forms with identical names which serve exactly the same purpose but only one will ever be active due to the workflow path.
On one of the processes we're having problems with I tried cancelling the node for the currently active one and starting the other one to see whether the dashboard portal was singling out just one QT with the "Process Comments" name, but it still didn't become and active link.
