403 forbidden in Document Viewer

Hi Guys,

we are facing the below issue in the document viewer.

i do have admin access for this pdf which i am accessing to and i can able to download (via link field), but not really sure of the root cause for this .

You need to configure the static and dynamic for the document viewer. Have you configured it?

    Did you try with any other documents of the same type that sit in the same folder? How are they behaving?

    the issue is sorted now , there was configuration change required in webserver which caused the 403 error . thanks for checking out

    May i know what is the exact fix for this. Because i face the same issue . Im using documentViewerField to view the PDF document.
