A task within a process for which you are an administrator requires your attention. The task currently has no valid assignees and will not be completed without intervention. Please click the link below to go to the task and reassign it to another user or a group with members.
Priority: Normal

Even though the task is assigned initiator. I am getting this error.

Any suggestion on this?

Can you also confirm the initiator account is active at this time?

This is Assignment Configuration.

The assignment setting of "pv!initiator" is referencing a process variable that the process will have to manually populate, can you confirm what the value is in this variable via monitor mode is when the task is not assigned, and the variable type?  Assuming you intended to use PV, my guess would be that on some occasions the process is not filling it correctly.

This is also not to be confused with "pp!initiator", which automatically pulls the physical process initiator from process properties.
