AD Groups users are not listing in Appian

Hi,

I have an AD group and I am trying to use LDAP for authentication.

I have completed all the required setups.

When I perform testing in LDAP Authentication and Configure LDAP Sync pages every is fine. 

Whereas, when LDAP sync ran as per the sync schedule, actual user(s) are not listing insides the groups and I don't see any errors in the Process Activity.

Can someone help here.

Be sure that the usernames are written in lowercase. I've seen a similar issue where some Appian users that had the first letter in uppercase couldn't sync.  

Also, check the instance of the completed LDAP process for any error that might happen. Do you see any users in the "Synced Users List"? If yes, then check what are the differences with the failed ones. You should see also a list of usernames that failed to sync.
