add the UID table in my base record tables ?

how can i add the UID table which is present in the another data base tables 

like employee personal details database base record doesn't have the UID table which i want in the my employee personal details but it was present in the employee UID details database how can i get that ?

    You can create a record on the two tables and connect them using record relationships.

    To connect the two databases to Appian, you can use Datastore Connected System
