admin console

can anyone help me as to how to get access to admin console 
my community account is somehow set to basic user and I am not able to change the setting to system administrator

    On the CE, you will not get to the admin console as it is a shared environment.

    If the URL you're using to access it is "us.appian.community", then that's the Beta version.

      I am using the Community edition (https://xxxxx.appian.community). I have access to the Admin console. So, are there multiple flavours of Community Edition available? Can you please share details if possible?

      how do I create a user without using the admin console?.
      previously i was able to use the admin console but for some reason the issue started showing up
