Appian Health Check Summary Sheet

I have run the Appian Health Check recently.  I chose not to automatically upload results to the community.  After the check completed, I downloaded/extracted the zip file.   Per the documentation, an Appian Health Check summary sheet should be available.   As I review the contents of the zip file, I do not see a Summary sheet.

What in the extract should I be looking for specifically?

    If you have enabled Automatic upload then the users of Health Check Viewers group must have received a Health Check report (.xls format) via email.

    If not then you have to first upload it manually then wait for the report to be generated.
