Appian Healthcheck URL

Is there a URL (e.g. /healthcheck) that would provide insight into the health of the overall Appian system? Ideally, it would provide a 200 status code when everything is good and a 500 with details when components are unhealthy.

    If your site is hosted on the cloud then you can check the page - https://status.appiancloud.com/
