Basic User to System Administrator

I am following the ESG Portal Application Tutorial (https://academy.appian.com/#/online-course-player/07769a88-b0b5-44ee-a08b-8f2200355f87)

However, during Step 2 when I create a Portal and go on to create a Service account, I am simply unable to access the field. Furthermore, I cannot publish the portal that I created. Why is this?

I believe it might be because I am a basic user instead of system admin but I do not know how to switch and give myself the correct permissions. Please help!

Portals are not yet supported in the new community beta AFAIK.

The problem is that you can create the portal but can`t create the service account ? 

I guess you are in this situation 

Maybe is related with this?

Portals can be configured in Appian Community Edition, but cannot be published
