Can't Login or Reset Password after i made my user a service user

When i try to reset my password ,expired message appear

I want to know how to remove my self from service role group and log normally

Ask any teammates who have administrator privilege to change your user type .

I think that is not possible. A service user is explicitly made to not be able log in to the UI.

Where I can log with my account to remove my self from service role group ?

How i can undo this step ?
