Cancel Process alway saying user have no premission

I had added this user as the process administrator,

but when this user is triggeling the cancel process smart service, trying to cancel the previous process, it always saying no premission.

it only works when a designer or systemadmin triggeling it.

How can I give the premission to that user?

p.s.:I don't want to user send/receive message.

Hiii

Firstly, It not recommended to give users in a security. we need to give groups instead. 

The user running the smart service must have administrator rights to the selected process.  Have you verified other process security?

Also, what is the 'cancel process' node assignment, We need to give it as 'whoever designed'

    I have successfully resolved this issue, with setting the 'Cancel Process' node as 'whoever designed'. Thanks.

    I didn't see this setting in Appian documentation, I recommand to add this infomation.
