CMS Case Management Studio version
The CMS Module release notes state that the CMGT base application version must be 1.5 or higher. How can I tell what version of CMS I have?

Currently there is no way to check the CMGT Studio Base Application Version, instead I suggest you to email Appian Support with your environment link.
Mostly CMGT Application will be updated once the environment is upgraded to latest version.
Current CMGT Version for Appian env version 25.1 is 1.7.0
