Community user Management

Hi,

        Under My organization I have list of users registered in Appian Forum with my organizations email id. If a person leaves the organization then the email id becomes invalid and i need to remove the id from the appian community. How do I do that. Should i send a mail to Appian support or Raise a support ticket or will i be able to do it myself from MyAppian portal?
