Custom Typeface not loading correctly

Hi everyone.

The client has asked to use a particular Typeface. I have the Woff2 URL's on the admin console. However, when entering and inspecting the site, the typeface/font gives a 404 error. Investigating further, I notice how on the initial HTML script, the URL for the typeface/font starts with a "/suite" instead of the actual "https://"
 

Has anyone dealt or experience a similar problem before?
