Database Connection Issue

Hi,

Can anyone help me to resolve the error because while connecting to the new connection string of SQL Server,i.e, jdbc:sqlserver://uaeadmmsql01mdg.c3ywakkpm0b8.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com:1433;databaseName=my_database_name it is showing an error which is "Connection failed". However, I have provided the correct username and password. What should be done in this scenario?

However, we are able to connect to the SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio with the same connection string, username and password
